    Is there a fee to participate in Drive, Chip and Putt?

        There is no entry fee for any qualifying levels of Drive, Chip and Putt. 

    When does registration for the 2024-2025 Qualifying Season open?

        Registration for the 2024-2025 is now open. Follow the link below to find a Local Qualifier near you!

    How do I register?

        All participants will create an account and register through drivechipandputt.com.


    I registered for the wrong Local Qualifier. Can I transfer my registration to another qualifier?

        Participants can edit their registration in their Drive, Chip and Putt account or by emailing info@drivechipandputt.com

    Can I participate in more than one local qualifier?

        No, players are only allowed to participate in one local qualifier in a calendar year. 

Equipment

Frequently Asked Questions
    Are clubs and/or equipment provided?

        There will not be clubs and/or equipment provided (other than golf balls) to juniors. Participants are responsible for bringing their own clubs and/or equipment. 

    Can I use my own golf balls?

        Participants are welcome to use their own golf balls throughout the competition, but balls will also be provided for them. 


        Note: Participants who choose to use their own golf balls on the Drive Skill portion of the competition, will not have those balls returned to them.

    When will I receive my tee time/pairing?

        Registration closes at 4:00 PM EST, five (5) days prior to the competition. Tee times/pairings will be communicated 3 days before the competition date. 

    My child is in the wrong age division. What do I do?

        Age divisions are determined by the participant's age as of April 6th, 2025, the date of the National Finals. 


        Please Note: A player may participate in local, sub-regional, and regional qualifying if he/she is 6 years old provided that he/she turns 7 years old prior to April 6th, 2025. A 15-year-old who will turn 16 prior to April 6th, 2025 is not eligible to participate. 

    When will my division start?

        The order of the divisions will go as followed, alternating Boys-Girls until play is complete. 

        • 14-15
        • 12-13
        • 10-11
        • 7-9

        Starting times will vary based on the qualifier that your child is participating in.

    Who advances to the next level?

        • Local Qualifier: Top three (3) players in each division (both boys and girls) will advance
        • Sub-Regional: Top two (2) players in each division (both boys and girls) will advance
        • Regional: Top player in each division (both boys and girls) will advance

    I have qualified for the Sub-Regional/Regional but can't make it. Can I compete at another site?

        The Sub-Regional and Regional Qualifying paths are pre-determined and cannot be changed. Any special request must be submitted to info@drivechipandputt.com.
