Working out/nutrition- One of my best friend’s dad is a body builder and I learned a lot from my friend himself about how to plan workouts, what exercises target which muscles, and a lot about nutrition like macro nutrients— significantly helps my mental health and of course physical, I like to see the improvements in strength every week and it is really cool to see how far you can challenge yourself

It is a 12.4 mile in total hike with an almost 3,500 ft elevation gain.

Scottie Scheffler because I grew up watching him get better every year and now it’s amazing to see where he’s come from and where I’ve come from since he started his career.
