One of only 19 PGA accredited programs in the country and the only program in the state of Texas, the Sam Houston State University PGA Golf Management program provides students the opportunity to pursue a business degree and PGA membership. Successful completion of the 4.5 year program will reward the student with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in General Business Administration with a specialization in PGA Golf Management, resulting in Class “A” membership within the PGA of America. In addition to pursuit of the BBA degree, students will pass the PGA’s Playing Ability Test, complete 16 months of internship work and will complete the three levels of the PGA’s educational program. |
