    What Program is Right for You?

    Team Golf serves as a fun, social, less stressful approach to tournament golf and is the perfect introduction for new golfers, between 6-12 years old. This program offers beginner level players a combination of instruction and tournaments.  The instruction is done by PGA Professionals and tournaments are 9-hole team play competitions. Gather all your friends and find a PGA Professional to be the team's coach and get started today!

    The Little Linksters Program is where juniors get the opportunity to participate in tournaments throughout the year geared toward creating lifetime golfers. Junior golfers, ages 6-12, are grouped by age, gender, and skill level and play either 5-holes or 9-holes. The program encourages and motivates juniors to learn the game, enjoy the game, improve at their own pace, and be as competitive as each individual aspires.

    The Junior Links Tour is for juniors who have just begun to play golf or need more experience before playing in our Junior Tour. It consists of 9-hole tournaments during the summer only and is open to juniors ages 13-18. This program is recommended for players that cannot break 55 or 60 on nine holes.

    The Junior Tour program is designed to give skilled junior golfers the opportunity to compete in professionally run tournaments against many different people across all of Southern Texas. This program is for juniors ages 10-18 with a solid foundation in tournament golf. This is the perfect program for juniors in middle to high school golf programs that are looking to truly improve their game in 18 or 36-hole events and have a scoring average of 115 or below.

    The Prestige Tour is the most competitive program that the STPGA has to offer. It is geared towards the best players in southern Texas with high playing ability and tournament experience. This program is a great stepping stone for juniors as they prepare for state wide events, national events, and college golf! These events are 36-holes over two days and recommended for players with an average score of 90 or below.
